Delete Account Request

Users of VHEC POS can request deletion of their account and associated data.

How to request account deletion

Please send an email to vhec.ltd@gmail.com with the subject "Delete VHEC POS Account" and include your account email or username.

What data will be deleted

• Account information
• Login-related information
• Personal information associated with the account

What data may be retained

Some operational records, invoices, order history, or transaction records may be retained where required for legal, accounting, security, or business compliance purposes.

Processing time

Account deletion requests will be processed within 7 business days after verification.
